Zia has been excellent from the word GO! I was not sure about the concept of an agent where I could not pop into the office and see them if I had a problem however that reservation was quickly put to bed on my first meeting with zia !! He picks up his phone and responds to e-mails late at night and early in the Mornings at the times where you think about the issues you might have and want a response he’s there! Dealing with a person who’s passion it is to deliver a better estate agency service experience is so refreshing!!
